Payment & Refunds
Payments must be in full. Partial payments will not qualify you for the slot. All sales are final. Unless explicitly offered by me, there are no refunds.
Personal Use License
All products sold here are personal use only. I retain the rights to the piece and may freely post and offer prints of that work if desired (As a professional courtesy I will contact you about the latter before hand). While I retain rights over the piece, I do not retain rights over your character. You are granting me a temporary license to depict them in the commissioned piece. I have no rights to portray them beyond that. If you are seeking a commercial license, open with that as negotiations and prices will change.
Crediting
If you have purchased a personal use license then you must credit me when posting the final product. Ideally this credit involves a link to one of my sites. If you have a commercial use license, then crediting is appreciated but not required.
AI Learning Use Forbidden
You may not use my piece for training AI learning under any circumstance, free or paid. All transactions here abide by this, even commercial use. Do not commission me if this is your desired use of my product.
Altering the Work
You may not alter my works without my explicit permission. This is to retain the sanctity of my work.
Refusal of Service
I retain the right to refuse service to anyone and deny any concept.
Artistic Freedom
By hiring me, you allow me some artistic freedom; however, I will always strive to give you what you ask for.Prices
Prices are subject to vary over time, but once agreed upon and paid the price will not change for your transaction short of appropriate complexity fees for changes to a piece.

How To Commission Me
When slots are open contact me via email with a summary of the request and references1. If it is approved you will pay the agreed price via paypal and send me a verification email. Once I have received the email and verified the amount you will occupy a slot. During the verification process your slot is reserved.
Commission Process
Once you formally occupy a slot work will begin. Typical turn around time for the product will be 2-4 weeks with a chance to receive it earlier. During the process you will receive one sketch to evaluate for errors and changes. This sketch is not to be posted. If your order was a sketch this does not apply and may be posted.Commission Rounds
When commission slots have completely filled or when I announce so, the round will end. At that time prices, slot numbers, and more may change before a new round opens up with refreshed slots.
